The GREATEST TV season i have ever witnessed & i think i'll ever witness. That season defines the word - PEAK FICTION.Īnd that is putting it mildly. Even if you didn't became a fan after S3 (which is impossible), i suggest S4. I don't think i'll ever witness something like this show- Let it all go down the drain, S1, S2, even S3 part 2. Those words hit me the way it didn't the others.
So realistic, so in-depth, with exceptional soundtrack & still images and art. It's very simple, will they be free? That words define the entire AOT universe. Hey, if we did cross thes sea & killed our enemies out there, after that, will we be free? Guys, i have never seen such complex emotional demonstration ever on TV. I had to endure some PERFECT episodes, which was tiresome (cause i've watched it too many times that i don't even feel anything), those episodes were Perfect Game, Hero, That Day, The Attack Titan, The Other side of the Wall. Still, the Collosal Titan CGI was a let down. It is much beyond and greater than live-action. Just mentioning, i do not & will not consider AOT as just an anime. One of greatest artistic piece of fiction in TV, imo. Despite this, it was incredible story-telling-wise. Also, Eren being a whining-protagonist did not sit well with me. 'Cause i find some episodes of S3 Part 1 boring. Still, the fact that i love this show doesn't meam it makes me cloud my judgement. A single episode changed my entire opinion about this show, referring to "Senshi" Literally blown away by the writing. It was while watching S2, the unpredictable occured. Watched S1, didn't live upto my expectations. Went through that, discovered many of it's episodes are on imdb top 50 list, itself. More specifically, those highly rated episodes. So that's when i found out about Attack on Titan. But it goes way back that i used to look ratings of certain series/movies. I began using imdb (as listed in my profile) over an year ago. Matter of fact, haven't watched any anime, except the ones available on TV (which doesn't count). ~ 4th most popular TV show of 2022, via TV Time Just thoughts : My way to AOT : ~ 4th most popular show in the world (16-) Season 4 Part 3 release - Winter/Spring 2023 (presumably)
